What does Orneza sell?
Fashion jewellery for women: rings, earrings and jhumkas, Kashmiri-style ghungroo bangles, locket sets, pendants and bracelets.
How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you like to your bag and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, all over Pakistan. For orders above Rs 10,000 we may ask for an advance payment.
Is there a discount for paying in advance?
Yes — choose Direct Bank Transfer at checkout and get 2% off your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delays can happen around public holidays or courier disruptions.
How much is delivery?
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment — we deliver within Pakistan only.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
We exchange or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, and return postage is paid by the customer.
What are the pieces made of?
Our pieces are fashion jewellery in gold-tone and silver-tone finishes. If you have a metal allergy or need to know the exact metal of a piece, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll tell you what we know.
Will a ring or bangle fit me?
Many of our rings have an adjustable open band — the product page says so when a ring is adjustable. Bangle sizes are written in the product title (for example 2.2, sawa 2). Not sure? Ask us before ordering.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Put it on last, after perfume and lotion. Take it off before washing, bathing or exercise. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store each piece on its own in a pouch, away from damp.
Where is my order?
Send us your order number and we'll check it with the courier.
