Return, Refund & Exchange Policy - Orneza
At Orneza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy under the terms below.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is damaged upon arrival
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Products damaged due to improper use
Return & Exchange Procedure
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, send the product to our return address.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- After we receive and inspect the parcel, we will proceed with replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified. Processing time may take 3–7 business days.
